Refund policy

At Trendsify, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
  • The item is free from stains, perfume, or any signs of use.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties
  • Bodysuits & Bodystockings
  • Intimate Accessories
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases, including:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been received.
  • A damaged or defective product cannot be replaced.
  • An incorrect item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

For online prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be issued through a mutually agreed payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was made by Trendsify.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, the replacement item will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
